Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist to join our team in a project-based role with ongoing monthly maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear hub structure, categories, and navigation.
  • Implement and develop the SharePoint Hub, including menu/navigation design, connected sites, permissions, and document libraries.
  • Configure features such as version control, multi-language support, and restricted access (internal only).
  • Customize the user interface for a clean, user-friendly experience.
  • Maintain consistent navigation flow across sub-sites.
  • Perform light updates, troubleshoot issues, and adjust menus/permissions as needed.
  • Provide occasional support for backlog items and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Hub implementation.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and navigation best practices.
  • Hands-on skills in UI/UX customization within SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills for occasional client calls.
  • Ability to act as an all-rounder: architecture, build, and administration.
