Job Overview:

A Senior Software Development Manager is required to lead a team of developers and deliver automation solutions within 90 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in building cloud-based applications, partnering with accounting teams on financial processes, and implementing governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate
  • Partner with accounting teams to develop and implement financial processes using Dynamics 365 BC / QBO
  • Implement governance policies for Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams and DLP for Power Platform
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and implement best practices for development and deployment

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud-based development and implementation of automation solutions
