  • Responding to customer complaints and reports regarding malfunctioning or faculty vending machines
  • Coodinating with technical teams for immediate troubleshooting or maintenance of vending machines
  • Maintaining accurate records of complaints and actions taken to resolve them
  • Addressing and resolving concerns raised by OCS clients regarding services, products, or technical issues
  • Processing refund requests for undelivered or malfunctioning products from vending machines or OCS services

You will also be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by providing professional, courteous, and effective communication. This will involve keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

In addition to your customer service skills, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing or product team to inform customers of new services, updates, or product offerings.
