As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and settlements, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and settlements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end reports.
  • Coordinate with banks, BIR, SEC, and other external parties to address inquiries and submit relevant forms.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor budget performance and report any deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • More than 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and closing of books.
  • Experience in filing of taxes and government remittances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
