Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and address issues/concerns.
  • Provide accurate and complete needed/requested information following call flows and processes.
  • Communicate appropriate options to provide timely resolution.
  • Document/Log all customer interactions following the quality standard.
  • Coordinate with a higher level of support for out-of-scope type concerns.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, or Some College (but did not graduate) in any course.
  • Fresh Graduates / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • With or without call center experience are welcome to apply.
  • Working Students are welcome to apply as long as they are committed to work on a fixed GY shift.
  • Has good English (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at Cyberspace Alpha (Ortigas, Pasig) Office.
  • Flexible in working on a graveyard shift.
  • Amenable to handle a financial voice account.
