Fleet Service Associate/Officer Job Description

At John Clements, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Service Associate/Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Purchase Orders and Maintenance Orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct vehicle checklists and ensure all vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Process accounts payable, reimbursement, and invoices with precision.
  • Handle delivery reports and ensure timely delivery of leased vehicles.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in bank operations and car fleet management.
  • Knowledge of banking internal policies and documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
