Fleet Services Officer

This is an office-based position responsible for overseeing the approval and review of FSOL (Fleet Service Operational Lease) and OL (Operational Lease) services provided to clients. The role ensures timely and complete delivery of services, including shipment, insurance renewal, parking, maintenance, disposal, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve and review FSOL and OL services
  • Ensure timely and complete delivery of services
  • Manage shipment, insurance renewal, parking, maintenance, and disposal
  • Collaborate with clients to meet their needs
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of officer-level experience in bank operations and car fleet management
  • Knowledge of banking internal policies and documentation is an advantage
  • Graduate of Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
Work Arrangements:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
