About the Job
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Prestige Concepts Manpower Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate special projects and events, including logistics and vendor management.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration).
- 1-3 years of experience in executive administration.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
