Job Summary:

This role involves providing administrative support for the entire organization, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel, and preparing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office supplies and resources, ensuring the Executive Office remains well-stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare and format reports, memos, presentations, and other documents required by the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in administration or a similar role, with a focus on migrant workers.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, particularly those related to migrant workers.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to mediate disputes.
