- Issue resolution: addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaboration: working with colleagues to resolve complex issues
- Record keeping: maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- At least 6 months BPO experience in the US healthcare industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and onsite at a designated location
