Agile Coach Role

As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering Teams to build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating effective communication among team members to drive project success
  • Maintaining transparency and ensuring all parties are informed of project progress
  • Providing timely feedback to stakeholders to enhance decision-making
  • Championing agile values and principles within the organization to foster growth
  • Onboarding, training, and mentoring scrum team members to ensure seamless integration
  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration
  • Helping Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs to maximize returns
  • Removing obstacles that hinder team progress to ensure smooth delivery
  • Adapting Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery and align with business goals
