We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of an Appointment Setter. This position involves making outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with senior leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Making timely submissions of claims to insurance companies requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offering necessitates strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership demands strong time management and planning skills.
- Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets requires technical proficiency and analytical skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales is required.
- Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting is essential.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with discipline and resilience is crucial.
- Well-organized individuals with excellent attention to detail and follow-through are preferred.
- Tech-savvy professionals with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs are desirable.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity is necessary.
- Candidates with clear and coherent communication skills to introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects are highly valued.
