Job Title: Appointment Setter

Summary:

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients and qualifying leads
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately capturing information in our database
  • Representing the company's best interests when interacting with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet the established standards and requirements
  • Delivering reports accurately and promptly
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at process improvement

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Basic technical competence, including proficiency in common software applications and troubleshooting
  • A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Availability for working non-traditional hours
