Nulogy is a technology company that empowers collaboration and agility within the supply chain. Our software platform enables CPG companies to reduce waste, costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Global Support Representative who will provide outstanding customer experiences while resolving complex technical issues for our clients worldwide. You will be an expert on all Nulogy services, able to assist with challenging inquiries and empower customers through education and resources.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  2. Manage customer expectations and follow up on promises
  3. Log customer communications in our support ticket tracking tool
  4. Understand customer business processes and software system processes
  5. Complete regular tasks for customers, such as report creation
  6. Ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested and documented
  7. Collaborate with our development team to resolve incidents timely and within SLA's
  8. Update internal and customer-facing knowledge base with new support articles and training material
  9. Occasionally travel to visit customers

About You

  1. Exemplify excellent customer service skills
  2. Build strong rapport with customers and their employees
  3. Be friendly, empathetic, patient, and personable under stressful circumstances
  4. Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  5. Exercise creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  6. Have 3+ years of customer/technical service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
  2. Experience in supply-chain, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging
  3. Multilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin)
