About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Solution Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our client service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter with our products and services.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure will enable you to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Interacting with Clients: Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients, utilizing empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Handling Client Inquiries: Efficiently processing incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, including Slack.
• Maintaining Client Records: Recording and maintaining detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
• Coordinating Visits: Scheduling and coordinating visits with nurses, ensuring accurate and timely appointments.
• Performing Administrative Tasks: Updating paperwork, maintaining records, and performing data entry using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases.
• Payment Processing: Collecting payments via platforms such as Stripe and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Assisting with Events: Coordinating events and special initiatives as needed.
• Maintaining Inventory: Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory.
• Utilizing Technology: Working with multiple screens and performing tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Problem Tracking: Identifying problems, documenting them, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Escalation Management: Properly escalating issues to meet internal and external expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities and recommending continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates who possess a strong educational background, preferably in a field related to business or administration. Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field is highly valued. Proficiency in using Google Workspace and other office tool applications is essential. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are also required. Experience working in call center environments and sales is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

We prefer candidates with a background in sales and client relations. Promptness and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and quick typing skills are also beneficial.

Schedule Requirements

This full-time position requires 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed.
