Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery:
- Ensure seamless delivery of Customer Connect Services including claims connect email, SMS, and mobile access.
- Facilitate effective claims handling of denial and appeal cases, representing the company on escalated claim matters, VOC related claims, and other communication requirements with distributors and claimants.
- Coordinate VIP claims efficiently, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status updates, and final decision communication.
- Resolve customer service issues within target timeframes from all claims-related feedback/complaints received.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Support the preparation of administrative and statistical reports, including UAT testing on claim initiatives.
- Perform periodic responsibilities and duties assigned to meet operational requirements.
Job Requirements:
- A college degree; business-related or pre-med course preferred.
- Experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
