Key Responsibilities1. Service Functions:
- Manage the delivery of Customer Connect Services Claims related functions such as, but not limited to, claims connect email, with SMS and mobile access for the unit.
- Facilitate claims handling of denial and appeal cases, and represent claims on escalated claim cases, VOC related claims, and other communication requirements to both distributors and claimants.
- Manage efficiently all VIP claims coordination registration process, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status, and final decision communication.
- Manage customer service recovery and resolution within target TAT from all claims related customer feedback/complaints received. Escalate potential claims complaints with UW/Claims committee.
2. Documentation and Special Projects:
- Provide support on an ad hoc basis preparation of admin and statistical reports, including UAT testing on claim initiatives.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to help meet operational related requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate; business-related or pre-med course preferred.
- Experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation is required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
