Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and revenue expansion in our organization. As a Senior Lead, Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy that aligns with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a business development strategy that drives growth and revenue expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities and prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
