Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Strategist to lead our company's Continuous Improvement Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics/supply chain industry with experience in Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's Continuous Improvement Program including Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC and other First Choice tools.
  • Implement the First-Choice tools and engage in continuous improvement activities and problem solving affecting the required area within target completion times.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program on Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies to guide employees in resolving difficulties in operations and processes.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
  • Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
