Process Quality Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Process Quality Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for reviewing ITG practices, preparing documentation, and evaluating alignment with business policies and procedures. The successful candidate will assess existing regulations and industry standards, aligning ITG's processes accordingly. Additionally, they will coordinate process improvement initiatives and provide support to Resource Management Tool users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review ITG practices and prepare necessary documentation to standardize key processes.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with other ITG Units to ensure alignment of processes with relevant business policies and procedures.
  • Assess existing regulations and industry standards, and align ITG's processes with such new regulations.
  • Coordinate process improvement initiatives to facilitate efficient delivery of IT services.
  • Provide support to RMT users for incidents, requests, inquiries, and application maintenance in coordination with the vendor as applicable.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year work experience in IT processes and banking.
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes, compliance, and banking concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to positively contribute.
  • High organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications.
