Job Title: Staff Accountant, PC Team

About the Role:

  • The role involves managing and collecting payments from customers.
  • You will work closely with the global accounting team to perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor AR accounts and balances, manage purchase order collection for multi-year agreements, and handle internal task escalation.

Responsibilities:

  • Payment collection, email reminders, and phone call reminders to handle issues of payment collection.
  • Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring AR accounts and balances.
  • Managing purchase order collection for 2nd and 3rd year multi-year purchase agreements.
  • Internal task escalation and collaboration with sales and legal departments, and engaging with overseas customers.
  • Providing data support for accounting reports and related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English or Economics.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 3+ years of payment collection experience.
  • Hardworking with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
