Job Title: HR Engagement Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

About the Role:

  • This position plays a pivotal part in enhancing the overall work environment through strategic planning and execution of engagement events, internal communications, and surveys.

  • The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical abilities to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required. 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO industry setting, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a calendar of engagement events, including team-building activities and company-wide celebrations.

  2. Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.

  3. Conduct regular surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

  4. Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to inform retention strategies.

  5. Manage logistics and budgeting for all engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software for design is an advantage.
