Job Title: Email and Back Office Support

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
    • Provide technical assistance to clients via chat and email, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
    • Act as a product advocate, educating customers on how to navigate through the software and driving efficient resolution to issues.
  • Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
    • Minimum of one year experience in the BPO industry, handling an international technical account.
    • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
    • Willingness to work on night shifts.
