- Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to clients via chat and email, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a product advocate, educating customers on how to navigate through the software and driving efficient resolution to issues.
- Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in the BPO industry, handling an international technical account.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Willingness to work on night shifts.
