Technical Support Specialist

This role involves receiving and resolving technical customer service requests via phone, email, chat, or SMS.

  • The successful candidate will utilize databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to resolve inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues related to payment solutions.
  2. Enter required data into databases while resolving customer issues and meeting quality and productivity goals.
  3. Build base knowledge of payment products, policies, customer service procedures, and compliance guidelines through ongoing training and online manuals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No relevant experience typically required, but a minimum 2 years relevant experience is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is also preferred.
Desired Skills and Capabilities
  • Ability to acquire and apply job skills and learn company policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge.
  • Basic ability to research issues and resolve customer inquiries.
