IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT / System Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure systems are set up and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Set up system hardware and software according to client or company requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct system testing, maintenance, and updates to ensure reliability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician, System Installer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with system installation tools and processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations (if required).

Preferred:

• Certifications in IT-related fields (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV, cabling, or other system installations is a plus.
