Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to fill various roles.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events across the country, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and record the performance of promotional staff after each assignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 2-5+ Years of Experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or Event Staffing
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Organization, and Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Equivalent Software
  • Reliable, Determined, and Self-Motivated
