Job Title:

A Sales Representative with a strong background in business development is needed to drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities, setting qualified appointments for the sales team, and conducting B2B outreach to businesses throughout California.
  • They will work closely with business development managers and team members to optimize results and maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients needing security services.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  3. Conduct research on potential clients and create personalized outreach campaigns to increase the chances of conversion.
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems and provide regular updates to management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional client outreach and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.
