  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Experience in a real estate environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and handle sensitive matters.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, including employment standards and workplace safety.
  • Strong sense of ethics in dealing with both employee issues and organizational goals.

Work Arrangements:

  • On-site, Pasig City.
  • Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 05:30pm.
  • Saturday - 08:30am to 12:30pm.
