Quantitative Project Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process for both quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to ensure that studies are completed according to client specifications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other team members to deliver projects on time. This includes managing sampling and setup aspects of allocated projects, as well as liaising with stakeholders to maximize internal sample resources.

• Manage end-to-end project tasks including link setup, testing, study invitation delivery, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
• Create sampling plans for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment.
• Develop an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies, working closely with project assistants to utilize available options for maximum results.
• Build relationships with other teams to leverage internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
• Regularly review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
• Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
• Ensure timely completion of projects according to client-provided timelines.
• Come up with alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to meet total sample sizes.
• Monitor and report on sampling performance at a project level.
• Familiarize yourself with M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to optimize their use in supporting project deliverability.
• Respond promptly to project managers and stakeholders' requests.
• Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
• Document key meeting notes and share them with attendees afterwards.
• Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring they are conducted on time and as planned.
• Track and report on custom recruitment performance.
• Support PMs in ensuring projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required
• 0 – 1 year of market research experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed key metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
• Basic math skills with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc
• Interest/natural curiosity/previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space
• Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

The flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours is expected.
