Talent Sourcing Specialist – US, Industrial role. This remote position focuses on sourcing talent for critical vacancies in the energy and industrial sector based in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage Boolean search skills to find top talent.
- Utilize digital channels to support talent searches.
- Explore innovative ways to engage and attract key talent.
- Develop candidate experiences and drive brand engagement.

- Deliver market insights to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in recruitment research, mapping, lead generation, talent pooling, and end-to-end recruitment, gained from an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in the US market.
- Expert-level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong background in energy/industrial/engineering and construction recruitment experience, preferably within the US market.
