The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across industries.
  2. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  4. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
  6. Stay updated on regional employment trends and competitive intelligence.
  7. Tailor sourcing strategies to align with regional nuances and cultural expectations.
  8. Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
