Remote Property Management Opportunity

This is a full-time role focusing on the management of rental properties within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Manage rent collection, late notifications, and payment tracking systems
  • Maintain accurate and organized property records
  • Support lease renewals and vacancies processes
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in property management (remote or on-site)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Suitable internet connection and quiet workspace setup
  • Ability to work according to U.S. hours
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace and property management software
  • A self-motivated individual who takes initiative
