Job Description

An Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for processing supplier invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining supplier details in the AP database.

This role involves entering and processing state payroll tax, PAYG, and BAS invoices, as well as managing vehicle fleet and property rental invoice processing.

The successful candidate will also assist with foreign currency invoice payments and overseas settlements.

  • Process supplier invoices in the AP ledger using SAGE.
  • Coordinate mid-month and end-of-month payments for all invoice types.
  • Maintain and update supplier details in the AP database.
  • Handle employer-related payments based on payment schedules.
  • Enter and process state payroll tax, PAYG, and BAS invoices in the AP ledger.
  • Manage vehicle fleet and property rental invoice processing.
  • Assist with foreign currency invoice payments and overseas settlements.
