Job Title: Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling rental inquiries and ensuring a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to all rental enquiries via online platforms.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing clear information to prospective tenants.
  • Pre-screen applicants by checking key details such as income, moving date, and suitability.
  • Arrange and schedule property viewings, confirming times with both applicants and property managers.
  • Plan full-day viewing routes using Google Maps to maximize efficiency.
  • Follow up with applicants after viewings to gather feedback and references.
  • Keep applicants updated throughout the process, ensuring a professional experience from first enquiry to application.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and applicant feedback.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property rentals or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email).
  • Proficiency with online property platforms preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Maps and basic scheduling tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applicants at once.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
