Marketing Data Analyst Role

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality client reports that inform campaign performance across major platforms. Your expertise in data analysis and presentation will help drive business growth by providing actionable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Reporting Specialist: Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Platform Data Consolidator: Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot to provide a comprehensive view of client performance.
  • Insights Communicator: Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their marketing strategies.
  • Data Accuracy Champion: Verify the accuracy and consistency of all reports before submission, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Template Manager: Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates to streamline the reporting process and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Process Improver: Identify opportunities to enhance the reporting process, reducing turnaround time without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), with familiarity with Google Data Studio a plus.
