Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering statements of accounts, following up and collecting payments and deposits from various clients, working closely with the Credit Officer to monitor assigned accounts, coordinating with the Accounts Receivables team to ensure proper payment application, and performing other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have preferably a minimum of 1 year experience as a Collector in a deluxe hotel, a solid background in Accounts Receivables, excellent communication and writing skills in English (and local language), proficiency in Microsoft Office, a keen eye for details, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to work long hours with minimal supervision.
