Job Description

This role involves working as a Credit Management Specialist, focusing on processing credit applications, managing debtor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process credit applications using portals and bureaus, following corporate policies.
  • Manage debtor credit limits and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, contacting clients with bad payment history.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues and release credit held accounts/orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Intermediate Excel skills and supervisory experience.
  • Multicurrency experience and familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Credit & Collections team of a large corporate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and good reconciliation abilities.
