Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an experienced billing and collections leader to manage our accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region from a remote setup.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team in managing complex billing and collection issues, ensuring accurate statements and addressing customer inquiries.
- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, prepare and distribute statements, and maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining client relationships.
- Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.
- Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable management.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
