Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our B2B corporate travel sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through customized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel requirements and deliver personalized services
  • Manage proposal and quotation development, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing
  • Maintain strong relationships with B2B corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in corporate/B2B travel sales or a similar role
  • Knowledge of the travel industry landscape, including global corporate travel trends and industry partners
