  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate company performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve results and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years working experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry and workings of different departments, including finance, sales, and human resources.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis.
