Responsibilities
  • MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To coordinate and oversee the provision of building maintenance, building security, refreshments, transportation, and copy room services within the Facilities Unit
  • Coordinate In-house events which includes boardroom
  • Coordinate all fleet, travel and transport activities
  • Coordinate all building maintenance and security activities
  • Perform administrative duties which includes contracts and budgets
Qualifications
  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) inFacilities Management/Business Management/PublicManagement
Experience
  • REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years work experience in Facilities Management
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and systems
  • Knowledge of stock control, contract management experience
  • Understanding of procurement functions
