Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Expert to play a key role in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support for financial reporting and cash flow analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Experience with accounting software is also highly desirable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Review and process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payment runs, maintaining organized documentation and ensuring prompt payments.
- Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, adhering to company guidelines.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system, exercising strong attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers for timely collections.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and key accounts.
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to inform management decisions.
- Support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
