About the Role
We seek experienced professionals who will complement our diverse and talented technical support crew. You will explore emerging technologies in the high-demand Crypto/Blockchain industry, influence our ways of working within a collaborative environment, and continuously learn from our existing team while contributing your ideas and competencies to help the business progress and innovate.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be involved in understanding our business impact on the market.
- You will be a true community advocate, managing user inquiries across platforms (Discord, Email, Zendesk, Reddit) using available information.
- You will serve as an escalation point for community/customer experience in high-touch escalations and platform incidents, guiding decisions with stakeholders.
- You will manage ticketed query systems and ensure comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are up-to-date using Zendesk tickets.
- You will exercise critical thinking skills by establishing root causes of application errors and escalating concerns to higher-tier support groups.
Qualifications and Skills
- You must be motivated by our mission and create seamless support experiences for our global community.
- You should be curious, proactive, and self-motivated, passionate about emerging technologies.
- You need minimum 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support, and System Administration.
- You must be knowledgeable in various UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
- You have experience supporting highly automated and dynamic cloud-environments.
- You demonstrated experience with end-to-end platform incident management using Zendesk or similar platforms.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, operating effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- You are flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs in a high-growth organization.
