Job Title: IT Support Specialist

This role entails a highly skilled professional to provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting services across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • Utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and uphold high service standards
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • Familiarity with RMM and ticketing systems
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • Awareness of accounting software, specifically QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently
