Hiring Coordinator Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Hiring Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Probe CX. As a Hiring Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media networks and employee referrals, to source and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
- A minimum of three months of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work onsite at Global One Tower, Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Amenability to fixed-term employment for six months.
