Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and assessments for various positions.
  • Research effective sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers with successful candidates after reference checks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to recruit top talent.
  • Maintain relationships with key candidates and talent communities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment agencies, global IT, or MNCs.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
