Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assessments for various positions.
- Research effective sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates after reference checks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to recruit top talent.
- Maintain relationships with key candidates and talent communities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment agencies, global IT, or MNCs.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
