We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Lead to join our team at TALI - Digital Innovators, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the success of our clients.
  • Manage daily operational processes, including campaign setup, creative management, and optimization.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Create weekly campaign status documents and participate in new business acquisition activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Experience with MS Office and/or Google Workspace apps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Internal Relations, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management in a fast-paced business environment.
