About the Company - We manufacture and distribute industrial, medical and specialty gases and provide a range of related services including the installation of on-site plants, gas equipment, pipelines and associated engineering services. Our facilities include air separation plants in Pampanga, Laguna and Cebu, and industrial, specialty and medical gases production hubs and about twenty-five sales centers across the Philippines. Our nationwide network of production and distribution facilities and vast portfolio of products and solutions are capabilities unmatched in the local industry.

About the Role - The successful candidate will be accountable for growth of the special products and chemicals portfolio.

Responsibilities

  1. Build relationships with prospective clients
  2. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  3. Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  4. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  5. Securing new wins with contracts
  6. Provide technical/expert support for new customers/applications, product demonstrations, and customer presentations

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business course or engineering
  2. 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development
  3. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing

Required Skills

  1. Strong communication skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)
  2. Contract negotiation skills – ability to close a deal and sustain the sales
