Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between their performance and clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field, have at least three years of healthcare management experience, and excel in communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for teams of medical client-virtual assistant pairs.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Support clients in growing their businesses using the company's services.
  • Maintain client relationships and address concerns effectively.
Requirements
  • A medical or healthcare-related degree is preferred.
  • At least three years of healthcare management experience are required.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral) are essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a team environment is crucial.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset is desired.
