System Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for streamlining our internal systems, automating workflows, and enhancing user enablement.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot, and be able to design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve these systems to support scalable operations.

As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

You will also be responsible for generating insights through data and reporting, conducting analysis, and maintaining dashboards to provide performance insights and track KPIs.

Additionally, you will assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience.
